Fundraiser for Kimber

Meet Kimber, a Special Education Paraprofessional who is battling chronic kidney disease and Type 1 diabetes. She is currently on the waiting list for a double organ transplant: kidney and pancreas — a critical surgery that could save her life and give Kimber a second chance at living without dialysis and insulin dependence.
